American Express is giving its card members and merchants $100 in free Twitter advertising. Only the first 10,000 eligible to register will get this but no word on what the eligibility criteria is. I went ahead and registered here.
After registering I didn’t get any type of communication as to what would happen next except to expect a Direct Message on Twitter. I haven’t seen anything yet so I asked them and here was their answer.
So I guess I will have to wait and see. If you’re an American Express card user or merchant you might as well register too. It’s free advertising or at least might be.
